Bobbi Bolton

Bobbi Bolton is currently serving as the owner of Bolton Transportation, LLC, while pursuing her doctoral studies. With a rich background in business, she has previously owned a construction company and engaged in leasing and selling residential real estate in St. Louis for numerous years.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Bobbi is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She dedicates her time to prison ministry, demonstrating a profound passion for aiding individuals within the prison system. Despite facing challenges in her past, Bobbi has spent the last two decades actively working to transform her life.

Having obtained her undergraduate degree in business (BSBA), her master’s degree in business (MBA), her Juris Doctorate (JD), and currently working on her doctoral degree in business (DBA), Bobbi’s research interests focus on exploring alternative to jail programs and developing more effective post-release initiatives. Her vision encompasses integrating ex-offenders into the workforce, particularly in construction and trucking, by providing comprehensive training and job placement opportunities.

Looking ahead, Bobbi aspires to leverage her research findings to establish programs facilitating the reintegration of individuals into society after completing incarceration. Additionally, through her involvement in prison ministry, she aims to prevent individuals from entering the system by advocating for Christian-based programs. Bobbi’s long-term goals involve implementing reentry programs and teaching at the collegiate level.

Having overcome challenges such as prison, cancer, drug addiction, and a life on the streets, Bobbi approaches each day with a profound sense of purpose. Her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others reflects a commendable commitment to both personal and societal growth.
